The Refuge Catchat Annual Raffle is officially LIVE! Every ticket helps keep our cats warm, fed, and cared for this winter. Over $4,000 in prizes to be won!

Rules and Regulations:
1. Organizer
This raffle is organized by Refuge Catchat, a registered non-profit cat rescue organization based in Québec.
2. Purpose
All proceeds from this raffle directly support Refuge Catchat’s mission to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome abandoned, stray, and vulnerable cats and kittens.
3. Eligibility
Participants must be residents of Québec and 18 years of age or older.
Team members and board members of Refuge Catchat, as well as their immediate household family members, are not eligible to participate or win prizes.
Tickets must be purchased in the name of an individual.
4. Ticket Information
Ticket Prices:

🎟️ 3 for $25
🎟️ 6 for $50
🎟️ 14 for $100Tickets are numbered sequentially and each ticket grants one entry into the draw.
5. Draw Details
Date: Sunday, December 7, 2025
Time: 7:00 PM
Location: Live draw streamed on the Refuge Catchat Facebook page (@RefugeCatchat).
6. Winners and Prizes
Winners will be selected randomly from all valid entries.
Winners will be contacted by email within 48 hours.
Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the draw date.
Unclaimed prizes after this period will be forfeited and may be used for future fundraising initiatives.
7. Liability
Refuge Catchat is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged tickets, nor for any technical issues affecting online ticket sales or the live draw stream.
8. Authorization
This raffle is held under the authorization of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec (permit number to be provided upon approval).
